  • What is the format of the in-person courses?
One of the many benefits of in-person classes is to build community with other class members to foster future support and communication groups. The class size is intentionally kept small. We will be following the course syllabus examining each of the topics through multiple lenses of diversity, inclusion, and cultural understandings. Formats will include general instruction, group discussions and application experiences along with time for small group processing and personal reflection. We end with celebration, certificates, and introductions into the EOL community.
  • What is the maximum number of participants for each course?
To ensure a quality learning experience, we limit our class sizes to 10 participants. This allows for personalized attention and ample opportunity for interaction and questions.
  • What is the course cancellation policy?
In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
  • Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the course?
Yes, participants who complete the course will receive a certificate of completion, which can be a valuable addition to your professional credentials.
  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can’t attend?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend. Please contact us using our Contact form on the Home page, to arrange the transfer.
  • What happens if I miss a class session?
If you have or know you are going to miss a class, please contact us and we can figure out a solution.
  • Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
Yes, we offer refunds under certain conditions. Please review our refund policy page for detailed information on eligibility and the process for requesting a refund.
  • How do I sign up for a course?
You can sign up for our courses directly on our website by visiting the Courses page, selecting the course you are interested in and hit the "Buy Ticket" button. You will be walked through the registration process.
  • What is the duration of the courses?
The duration of each course varies. Please refer to the "Schedule" section above and click "See More" to see all the days and times of this course.
  • How early should I arrive before the course starts?
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the course begins to allow time for check-in and settling in. This also gives you an opportunity to meet other participants and the instructor.
  • Are meals provided during the course?
We have access to a full kitchen but plan on bringing a bag lunch.
